Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) is a premium flooring product that replicates the look and feel of natural wood or stone using a multi-layered vinyl construction. It's not the thin, budget vinyl of twenty years ago. Modern LVT is thick, stable, and beautifully engineered, with a realistic wear layer on top that protects the design beneath and delivers an authentic texture underfoot.
The result is flooring that looks like expensive hardwood or natural stone, performs like a practical family floor, and costs significantly less than the real thing. It's why LVT has become the go-to choice for kitchens, hallways, bathrooms, and open plan living spaces across the country.

100% Waterproof - Unlike wood or laminate, LVT doesn't swell, warp, or stain when it gets wet. Perfect for kitchens, bathrooms, utility rooms, and anywhere life gets messy.
Incredibly Durable - A quality LVT floor will last 15 to 20 years with normal care. Sometimes longer. It handles children, pets, heavy furniture, and high traffic without showing its age.
Warm and Comfortable Underfoot - Unlike ceramic tiles which can feel cold and hard, LVT has a natural warmth and slight give underfoot that makes it comfortable to stand on — important in kitchens where you spend time on your feet.
Compatible with Underfloor Heating - LVT works beautifully with underfloor heating systems, conducting warmth evenly and efficiently throughout the room.
Easy to Maintain - A regular sweep and an occasional mop is genuinely all it needs. No special products, no annual treatments, no fuss.
Realistic Wood and Stone Looks - Modern LVT is extraordinarily convincing. Embossed textures, realistic grain patterns, and subtle colour variation make it virtually indistinguishable from real wood or stone to the naked eye.
Available in Every Style - From pale Scandinavian oak to dark smoked walnut, from classic stone tile to contemporary large format slabs — whatever your interior style, there's an LVT to match it.

We supply LVT from Project Flooring - one of the UK's most respected LVT brands, known for quality, dimensional stability, and a wide range of designs that suit everything from traditional Staffordshire homes to contemporary open-plan spaces.
Our LVT collection includes:
Wood Effect Planks - The most popular choice. Realistic wood grain in a wide range of species, tones, and widths. From classic honey oak to contemporary grey ash and everything in between.
Stone & Tile Effects - Slate, limestone, travertine, and concrete effects in both standard and large format sizes. Perfect for hallways, kitchens, and open-plan spaces.
Herringbone LVT - One of our most requested styles and one of Carl's personal specialisms. Herringbone LVT creates a stunning visual impact and adds a level of sophistication that straight-lay simply can't match. It requires precision cutting and laying, every angle matters, which is exactly the kind of challenge Carl loves.
Large Format LVT - Bigger planks and tiles create a sense of space and luxury, particularly effective in open plan areas and hallways.
Commercial Grade LVT - Heavier wear layers and enhanced durability for offices, retail spaces, and high-traffic commercial environments. We supply and fit commercial LVT across Staffordshire for businesses, schools, and property developers.
LVT is only as good as the installation. A poorly laid LVT floor will creak, lift at the edges, and show joins within months. A properly laid floor, with the right preparation, the right underlay, and the right technique, will look perfect for decades.
Carl has been fitting LVT across Staffordshire since Bestbind launched in 2017. He understands subfloor preparation, arguably the most important part of any LVT installation, and takes the time to do it properly. Levelling, priming, and preparing the subfloor before a single plank goes down is what separates a floor that lasts from one that doesn't.
Our installation includes:

We get asked this a lot. Here's the honest answer:
LVT is waterproof, softer underfoot, and more expensive, making it the better choice for kitchens, bathrooms, and any area that might get wet. It also tends to feel warmer and more premium underfoot.
Laminate is harder wearing in some respects, less expensive, and perfectly good for living rooms, bedrooms, and dining areas - but it does not like water and will swell if it gets wet.
Not sure which is right for your space?
Tell us about your room and how you use it, and we'll give you an honest recommendation. We're not here to sell you the most expensive option; we're here to sell you the right option.

If you've been thinking about herringbone flooring, you need to know one thing: it is not a job for someone who hasn't done it before. Herringbone requires precise 45-degree cuts throughout, perfect alignment from the first plank, and a level of patience and accuracy that most general fitters lack.
Our team does. Herringbone installations are one of our favourite jobs, the kind of project where our obsessive attention to detail pays off in a result that genuinely takes your breath away.
We've laid herringbone LVT in hallways, kitchens, and open-plan living spaces across Staffordshire, and every single one has been a statement floor that customers are still talking about years later.
If you want herringbone done properly, call 01889741391.
One of the most important things about choosing LVT is seeing it in your own home, in your own lighting, against your own walls and furniture. Showroom lighting is designed to make everything look beautiful, but your home's natural light tells the real story.
That's why we bring our complete LVT sample collection to you, free of charge and with no obligation.
Carl will come to your home across Staffordshire and the West Midlands, show you the full range in your actual space, measure the rooms, and give you an honest quote on the spot.
No pressure, no hard sell, no guesswork. Just the right floor for your home.

A quality LVT floor fitted correctly will last 15 to 20 years with normal care, sometimes longer. The key is proper subfloor preparation and professional installation.
For glue-down LVT, yes - a specialist LVT underlay is required. For click-lock LVT, underlay is usually built into the product. Carl will advise the correct approach for your specific product and subfloor.
Yes - LVT is one of the best flooring choices for underfloor heating. It conducts heat efficiently and won't expand and contract the way wood can.
Yes - it's one of the best bathroom flooring options available. Completely waterproof, warm underfoot, and available in stone and tile effects that look stunning.
Sometimes - it depends on the condition and height of the existing floor. Carl will assess this during your free home visit and advise honestly on the best approach.
LVT is a premium, thick, multi-layer product with a realistic embossed surface. Standard vinyl is thinner and less premium. LVT looks and feels significantly more luxurious and lasts considerably longer.

Whether you're planning a kitchen refresh, a hallway transformation, or a full house LVT installation, we'd love to help.
